MINUTES

WORK SESSION OF THE ALLEGHANY COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD

The Alleghany County School Board held a work session on April 14, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at the Central Office Complex in Low Moor, Virginia. 

PRESENT:  Amber D. Kerns; R. Craig Lane; Norman L. Persinger, Jr.; Benjamin J. Truett, Vice Chairman; Randall S. Tucker, Chairman; and Jacob L. Wright. Also present:  Eugene P. Kotulka, Superintendent.

ABSENT:  William W. Angle

Chairman Tucker presided and called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.  The call to order was followed by a moment of silence and the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance.

Dr. Wayne “Dempsey” Worner conducted professional development training with the Board and Superintendent. 

ADJOURNMENT

MOTION: That the April 14, 2016 work session be adjourned.
